Patient with hematuria and retention came , cystoscopy was done after admission . Retention cause was due to Intra vesical Protusion of prostate ( median Lobe ) causing narrow of lumen , also lateral lobe enlarged with bleed from neck of bladder. However bladder visualization in this video is not clear , so after bladder wash we took next video that was non significant. bed of prostate was bleeding 3 ways catherization was done for irrigation and patient was kept for slight traction for few hours after active bleeding was stop
