XIII th International Conference of the Society of Surgeons of Nepal
It gives us immense pleasure to invite you to the XIII th International Conference of the Society of Surgeons of Nepal to be held on 23-24 December 2016 in Kathmandu, Nepal.
The theme of the conference “Regional co-operation in surgical education and services” is to make exchange of the surgical knowledge and skills in the advancement in the region . During the conference there will be wide range of scientific activities, guest lecture from eminent professors, scientific paper presentation, poster presentations as well as live surgical workshop. The conference will be immensely useful to surgeons as well as surgery residents in improving their existing practice and enhancing brotherhood among the surgical fraternity.

professional Inclusive Panel ( PIP ) DOCTOR group Nepal – Election
Two groups are competing for the new leadership of Nepal Medical Association.
There will be competition between Professional Inclusive Doctors Group and Democratic Doctors Group in the election. Two-phase election has been scheduled where first-phase election will take place on September 2 and 3 at 15 different places out of Kathmandu Valley while second-phase election from September 6-10 in Kathmandu Valley.
Both the groups have already announced their candidacies for 13-member working committee for three-year term.
Dr Ramesh Dhakal of Professional Inclusive Doctors Group and Dr Muktiram Shrestha of Democratic Doctors Group have filed their candidacy for the post of Chairman.
The NMA was established in 2007 BS where 5,305 doctors are associated to it. RSS
