Mental health isn’t just about being “crazy” or “out of control”. Its about knowing when your mind and body has taken too many hits.
PTSD is one of the worst forms, leaving an impairing scar on yourself.
As men it’s very hard to open up or communicate on how you are feeling inside, it’s difficult for us to open up and speak about what’s going on in the inside. Maybe it’s the way we were raised or our cultural differences. But at the end of the day, we’re all the same – human beings.
So having each other or being there for someone, can make all the difference, WITH YOUR LIFE!
To support the awesome cause – All you have to do is 25 push ups a day, every day for 25 days.
25 push ups is nothing compared to the impaired mental health our people have faced in the past and will now face moving into the future. And also it’s free, and its beneficial towards your health so it’s a win/win situation lol.
But anyways, here it goes.
The rules are simple:
*Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the following day.
*Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push-ups even if you have to drop to your knees.
*Every day you must nominate a different person.
