Namaste! The World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 as a pandemic on the 11th of March 2020. In response to this serious situation, the World Health Knowledge, Attitudes, and practices of Nepalese residents towards COVID-19 in Outbreak period (कोरोना (कोभिड–१९) को विषयमा नेपालका बासिन्दाको ज्ञान, सीप र व्यवहार अवधारणा)Organization (WHO) declared it a public health emergency of international concern on January 30. Meanwhile, many efforts are being carried out to contain the virus. Knowledge and attitude of people should be directed towards strict preventive practices in order to halt the spread of the virus. To facilitate the outbreak management of COVID-19 in Nepal, there is an urgent need to understand the public’s awareness of COVID-19 at this critical moment.
The researcher requests your consent for participation in a study about “Knowledge, Attitude and Practices towards COVID-19 of Nepalese residents during the outbreak” This consent form asks you to allow the researcher to record your view and to use your comments to enhance understanding of the topic.
There are about 19 questionnaires and it takes only 5-10 minutes to complete the whole questionnaire.

Participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you decide not to participate there will not be any negative consequences. Please be aware that if you decide to participate, you may stop participating at any time and you may decide not to answer any specific question.

The researcher will maintain the confidentiality of the research records or data, and all the information of data will be anonymous.
