Online Application Form for Faculty Post Verification 2017–Tribhuvan University

Please read the instructions given below carefully before filling the online form:
1 Please make appropriate payment (as below) in the Himalayan Bank Ltd., Account No. 00200555570014 in the name of IOM Dean’s Office.
Professor – NRS. 5000.00
Associate Professor – NRS. 3000.00
Lecturer – NRS. 2000.00
2 Applicant must deposit the respective application fees within the given time period only (i.e. in between 10th March 2017 to 13th April 2017) and must mentioned their name in ‘Deposited by:‘ field. Payment made before and after the given time period will not be accepted and the amount once paid will not be refunded.
3 To access the online application form, please register with your e-mail address and your password. After registering a copy of your Username and Password will sent to your mail automatically.
4 You will then have to login to continue your application Process. Enter the voucher number you have received from the bank on payment of appropriate fund as mentioned above (please make sure the voucher number is legible in order to help you to enter the correct number).
5 It is mandatory to fill in all the fields in the application form. Type ‘N/A‘ if the field is not applicable for you.
6 The candidate should correctly fill in their full name, the college applied for and upload their photograph as instructed below. If the online application form details are not filled in completely and correctly, your application will be rejected. If the applicant has made a mistake during submission of the online application form, he/she must then pay for a new voucher, fill another online application form and finally submit it. The amount once paid will not be refunded.

7 Applicant must upload recent passport sized digital photo with maximum 300 X 350 pixel or minimum 100 X 120 pixel (width by height). Please make sure that the orientation of the uploaded photograph is correct and that the face should occupy more than 70% of the photograph. Please make sure that your documents size preferably not more than ’1 mb’ (Best will be 1024×768 resolution).
8 DO NOT PRESS THE ‘BACK’ OR ‘REFRESH’ BUTTONS on the BROWSER for editing your information. The information provided in the application form is the sole responsibility of the applicant. There is no provision whatsoever for correction of the information after online submission. Please make sure that all information provided is true and correct before pressing the submission button.
9 Application other than online submissions will not be entertained.
10 Only eligible candidates will be called for the interview by IOM Dean’s Office.
11 Eligible applicants called for interview must print the online application form (hard copy) which has be brought at the time of interview in IOM after having the hard copy signed by the applicant, and the Principal/Campus Chief along with the Institutions/College stamp.
12 Please check your “Mail” and “Online Faculty Application” for any updates regarding Faculty Post Verification. Also check “Junk” folder of your mail box for IOM’s mail.
